                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 320 AND
                   322 NORTH HOLLY STREET, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST
                   LINE OF NORTH HOLLY STREET SOUTHWEST OF EAST
                   3RD STREET, FROM R-3 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO R-4
                   SPECIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 320 and 322 North Holly
                Street, being on the southeast line of North Holly
                Street southwest of East 3rd Street.  The west 90
                feet of lot 102, East End Syndicate Plan, as shown
                by plat of record in plat book 3, page 11, ROHC;
                being the properties described in deed book 4419,
                page 394, ROHC, and deed book 3707, page 735, ROHC,
                including the southwest 12.5 feet of East 4th
                Street abandoned by City of Chattanooga Ordinance
                No. 8596.  Tax Map No. 146G-J-1 and 27.
               
               
         from R-3 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
